“Also, if your house is really hot at the moment, try and seek out that cooler room,” Dr Guy added.
“It might seem drastic, but take your mattress and move it to a cooler room either downstairs or the back of the house where the sunlight hasn’t been all afternoon.
“But then also, what we do at the sleep school is we work with a lot of people who suffer from temperature regulation issues.
“We teach them to change the way they relate to their heat because often what people do is they start to fight their heat.”
The sleep expert managed to make his last point just before it seemed his feed was going to be cut as the technical issues returned.
